GB/T 28227.6-2011 Guidelines for the implementation of quality management system of cultural service—Part 6:Cinema
Abstract
This part of GB/T 28227 provides guidelines for the implementation of a service quality management system in cinemas, and sets out requirements for the cinemas' service quality management system, management responsibilities, resource management, the delivery of cinema services, and measurement, analysis, and improvement.
This part is applicable to professional cinemas and independent or relatively independent fixed film screening venues. Open-air cinemas can refer to and implement it accordingly.
