Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, composition and materials, designation and strength grades, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, factory production, delivery and acceptance, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of medium-heat portland cement (hereinafter referred to as medium-heat cement) and low-heat portland cement (hereinafter referred to as low-heat cement). This standard is applicable to the production and application of medium-heat and low-heat cements.
