Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, storage, and transportation of liquid carbon dioxide for industrial and welding applications.
This standard applies to liquid carbon dioxide produced from lime kiln gas, fermentation gas, and hydrocarbon conversion gas, as well as that recovered from industrial emissions. It is primarily used in welding, chemical processing, molding, refrigeration, chemical fiber production, agriculture, and scientific research, among other sectors and fields.
