GB/T 3260.11-2023 Methods for chemical analysis of tin—Part 11:Determination of copper, iron, bismuth, lead, antimony, arsenic, aluminum, zinc, cadmium, silver, nickel and cobalt contents—Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry
Abstract
This document describes the experimental method for determining the content of copper, iron, bismuth, lead, antimony, arsenic, aluminum, zinc, cadmium, silver, nickel, and cobalt in tin using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
This document is suitable for determining the content of copper, iron, bismuth, lead, antimony, arsenic, aluminum, zinc, cadmium, silver, nickel, and cobalt in tin. The measurement range (mass fraction) of bismuth, lead, antimony, and arsenic is 0.0020% to 0.050%, and the measurement range (mass fraction) of copper, iron, aluminum, zinc, cadmium, silver, nickel, and cobalt is 0.0003% to 0.050%.
