DB31/T 1148-2019 Water quantity measurement error adjustment and reimbursement water quantity accounting method
Abstract
This standard specifies the classification of water metering errors, the determination of error values, the verification of error water volumes, and the calculation methods for the refund and compensation of water volumes.
This standard applies to the calculation of the refund and compensation of water volumes when metering errors occur in water metering devices directly used for trade settlement with public water supply enterprises (hereinafter referred to as water supply enterprises).
When non-normal metering or other metering errors occur in water metering devices, the calculation of the refund and compensation of water volumes can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
