Abstract
This standard specifies the general design principles, environmental conditions, aerodynamic design, loads, strength criteria, and structural design for small wind turbines.
This standard applies to the design of upwind horizontal-axis wind turbines with a swept area of less than or equal to 200 m2; other types of wind turbines can be used for reference.
