GB/T 32483.2-2025 Energy performance of controlgear for electric light sources—Part 2:Controlgear for discharge lamps(excluding fluorescent lamps)—Method of measurement to determine the efficiency of controlgear
Abstract
This document describes the power loss of electromagnetic control devices, the total input power and standby power measurement methods for electronic control devices of discharge lamps (except fluorescent lamps), and also describes the calculation method for the efficiency of discharge lamp control devices.
This document is applicable to control devices for DC power supplies of 1000V and below, and/or AC power supplies of 1000V and below at 50Hz.
This document is applicable to electrical control equipment circuits consisting solely of control devices and lamps.
Note: It does not include requirements for testing individual control devices during production.
This document specifies the measurement methods for the total input power and standby power of control devices for discharge lamps used in household and general commercial applications, and the calculation method for the efficiency of lamp control devices.
This document is not applicable to:
—— Control devices for integrated lamps;
—— Control device circuits with series capacitors;
—— Controllable electromagnetic control devices.
