This standard stipulates the basic requirements for social insurance handling positions, the hierarchical structure of social insurance handling positions, the categories of social insurance handling positions, the classification of social insurance handling positions, the positions in grassroots public service platforms for human resources and social security, the management positions in social insurance service-related institutions, and the performance evaluation positions for social insurance handling, etc. This standard is applicable to regulating and guiding the construction, management, and services of social insurance handling agencies at all levels.
