Abstract
This standard applies to food additive tricalcium phosphate produced using calcium hydroxide (or calcium carbonate) and food additive phosphoric acid (including wet phosphoric acid) as raw materials, and also to food additive tricalcium phosphate produced using calcium chloride solution and trisodium phosphate as raw materials.
