Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of frozen scallop products.
This standard applies to products made from Chlamys farreri, Argopecten irradians, and Patinopecten yessoensis scallops, which are processed and quick-frozen. Products made from other types of scallops can be implemented in accordance with this standard.
