GB/T 28799.4-2024 Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance(PE-RT) piping systems for hot and cold water installations—Part 4:Valves
Abstract
This document specifies the materials, classification, models, size specifications and tolerances, physical and mechanical performance requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of heat-resistant polyethylene valves for cold and hot water (hereinafter referred to as "valves"), and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to the manufacture and inspection of ball valves made of PE-RT II material with a nominal size not exceeding 400 mm.
This document, together with other parts of GB/T 28799, is applicable to cold and hot water piping systems, including domestic and industrial buildings' cold and hot water, drinking water, and heating systems, hot spring water piping systems, and centralized heating secondary pipe network systems.
