Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and structural forms, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of manhole covers.
This standard applies to metal and non-metal material manhole covers installed in green belts, sidewalks, non-motorized lanes, motorized lanes, parking lots, docks, airport runways, and other ground well seats with a net opening (CO) not exceeding 900 mm.
