Abstract
This standard specifies an empirical test method to evaluate the resistance of coatings on paint, varnish, or related products to cracking or peeling off from the substrate when bent around a conical axis under standard conditions.
For multi-coat systems, each coating can be tested separately or the entire coating system can be tested.
