Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and order or contract requirements for aluminum fluoride. This standard applies to aluminum fluoride produced by the reaction of hydrogen fluoride or hydrofluoric acid with aluminum hydroxide. Aluminum fluoride is primarily used to adjust the molecular ratio of aluminum electrolytes.
