Abstract
This standard specifies the nature, functions, establishment principles, construction standards, and management requirements of recycling resource recovery sites.
This standard applies to the construction and management of recycling resource recovery sites, but it does not apply to the construction and management of recycling resource recovery sites for solid waste, hazardous waste, and end-of-life vehicles that can be used as raw materials for import, which are subject to other provisions in China's laws, regulations, and rules.
