GB 1886.65-2015 Food Safety National Standard for Additives in Food Single and Double Glycerol Fatty Acid Esters
Abstract
This standard applies to mono- and di-glyceride fatty acid esters (oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, palmitic acid, behenic acid, stearic acid, and lauric acid) obtained from the reaction of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids or fats with glycerol, which have undergone or not undergone processing such as separation and purification to become food additives.
