Abstract
This part of YY/T 0698 provides requirements and test methods for uncoated polyolefin nonwoven fabrics suitable for the packaging of terminally sterilized medical devices. This part does not add additional requirements to the general requirements of ISO 11607-1. Therefore, the specific requirements in 4.2 to 4.3 can be used to demonstrate compliance with one or more requirements of ISO 11607-1, but not all of them. The materials specified in this part are intended to be used in part or whole for the production of sealable composite bags, form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging, and packaging cover materials.
