GB/T 39971-2021 Thresholds and grading of relative wet grip index for motor vehicle tyres
Abstract
This standard specifies the limit values and grade requirements for the relative grip index of car tires on wet roads, as well as the testing methods.
This standard applies to new passenger car radial tires, new miniature and light-duty vehicle radial tires, and new heavy-duty vehicle radial tires. However, it does not include: tires with a nominal rim diameter ≤ 10 inches and tires with a nominal rim diameter ≥ 25 inches, T-type spare tires for temporary use only, road-type trailer special-purpose ST metric tires, light-duty vehicle high-passability radial tires, heavy-duty vehicle tires with a speed capacity of 80 km/h (excluding) or less, racing tires, studded tires, and specialized off-road tires.
