Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements for small-scale civilian explosive material storage facilities, and serves as the basic basis for the design, construction, renovation, acceptance, evaluation, and management of such facilities.
This standard applies to small-scale civilian explosive material storage facilities whose storage capacity meets the requirements specified in Table 1.
