GB/T 5288-2007 Slideways grinding machines with two columns—Testing of the accuracy
Abstract
This standard specifies the geometric accuracy, working accuracy, positioning accuracy, and repeat positioning accuracy tests for gantry guideway grinders for general use and ordinary precision. This standard also stipulates the corresponding tolerances for these accuracy tests. This standard is only applicable to worktable-moving machine tools that perform linear grinding operations. Machine tools with fixed worktables and rotary worktables are not within the scope of this standard. This standard is only used for accuracy testing of machine tools and is not applicable to operational inspections of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, and creep of moving parts), nor to parameter inspections of machine tools (such as speed and feed rate). These inspections should be carried out before accuracy testing.
