Abstract
This standard specifies the relevant definitions, calculation principles, methods, content, technical requirements, and measurement and verification schemes for energy saving measurement and verification.
This standard is applicable to energy saving technical transformation projects (hereinafter referred to as "projects"). The energy saving measurement and verification of new-built projects and management projects can also be used for reference.
