This standard specifies the modeling principles for the control, protection, and monitoring information models of smart hydropower plants, and defines the information models of related systems such as computer monitoring, protection, speed regulation, excitation, condition monitoring, water level and regulation, and dam safety monitoring based on DL/T 860.7410.
This standard is applicable to smart hydropower plants.
