GB/T 40310.2-2021 Ball splines—Part 2:Dynamic and static load ratings and rating life
Abstract
This part of GB/T 40310 specifies the calculation of the basic rated dynamic load and basic rated static load for AⅠ type, AⅡ type, and R type rolling spline pairs, the calculation of the basic rated life, and the calculation of the basic rated dynamic and static torque for AⅠ type and AⅡ type rolling spline pairs. This part is used under the following prerequisites: -- The balls and raceways are in elastic deformation; -- The hardness of the raceways is greater than 58 HRC; -- The steel used for the rolling spline pairs is bearing steel or other similar alloy steels; -- Appropriate lubrication is used. This part is applicable to rolling spline pairs.
