This standard specifies the definition, main dimensions, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, and transportation of neon tubes. This standard applies to neon tubes with an outer diameter of 6 mm to 16 mm, which are filled with neon gas or a mixture of mercury and argon gas.
