Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and order form (or contract) content for metallurgical-grade alumina.
This standard applies to alumina used in the production of aluminum metal by molten salt electrolysis, namely metallurgical-grade alumina (hereinafter referred to as alumina).
