Scope

This document specifies the safety of electronic toys. Note 1: The electronic toys within the scope of this document also include: — assembly-type electronic toys; — experimental-type electronic toys; — functional-type electronic toys (electronic toys with the same usage methods as products, tools, or devices used by adults, which may be scale models of these products, tools, or devices); — electronic toy computers; — dollhouses with built-in lights. The additional requirements for experimental-type electronic toys shall comply with Appendix A. The additional requirements for electronic toys equipped with light radiation sources shall comply with Appendix E.
