Scope

This document describes the method of determining the calcium content in boiler water and cooling water using complexometric titration.
This document is applicable to the determination of calcium content in boiler water and cooling water. The measurement range of the manual titration method is 10 mg/L to 200 mg/L; the measurement ranges of the photometric titration method and the potentiometric titration method are both 2 mg/L to 200 mg/L; and water samples with a calcium content exceeding 200 mg/L are measured after dilution. The determination of calcium content in surface water, groundwater, recycled water, and wastewater should be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards.
