Scope
This standard specifies the technical procedures for the bale-making operations of straw pickup and bale-making machines, including operating and using conditions, safety measures, inspection and maintenance, repair, storage, etc. This standard is applicable to straw pickup and bale-making machines (hereinafter referred to as "bale-making machines") towed by tractors for picking up and bale-making operations of rice straw and wheat straw. Mechanized picking up and bale-making operations of grass can be carried out with reference to this standard.
