Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the quality inspection and control of hydraulic asphalt concrete engineering construction, and scientifically evaluate the quality grade of unit projects, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 After the completion of the unit project construction, the quality grade of the unit project shall be evaluated in a timely manner. 1.0.4 The evaluation of the quality grade of asphalt concrete unit projects shall comply with the provisions of this standard, and shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
