Scope
This standard applies to the monitoring of water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environment by polluting units in the petroleum refining industry during the production and operation phase. The self-monitoring requirements for polluting units' own thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
