Scope

This document specifies the product classification, marking, conduit structure and connection methods, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, sampling, and determination rules for solid-wall plastic cable conduits (hereinafter referred to as "conduits"). This document is applicable to four types of solid-wall plastic cable conduits: chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C), hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC-M), and high-strength polyvinyl chloride (PVC-H).
