Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of TianZun GongYa tea. This standard applies to TianZun GongYa tea. Main technical content: 1. Terms and definitions: Those defined in GB/T 14487 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 1.1 TianZun GongYa Tea: A green tea product made from fresh leaves of excellent tea varieties such as "JiuKeng Zhong" and "Wuniu Zaocha" in the Zhongshan Town Ge Dance administrative area. It is processed through the steps of spreading, fixing, kneading, shaping, and drying, and has the quality characteristics of "slender and compact appearance, clear and bright infusion color, long-lasting fresh and mellow taste, and green and floral leaf bottom". 2. Processing: 2.1 The processing environment shall comply with the provisions of GB 14881. The processing site shall be ventilated, clean, odorless, and dust-free. 2.2 Processing flow: Spreading, fixing, cooling, kneading, initial drying, cooling, rehumidifying, shaping, secondary drying, and aroma removal. Packaging. 2.3 Processing equipment: 2.3.1 Processing equipment can be configured according to the production process. 2.3.2 No processing parts in contact with tea shall be made of lead and aluminum alloy materials. 3. Grading and physical standard samples: 3.1 Product grading: Products are divided into special grade, first grade, and second grade according to sensory quality requirements. 3.2 Physical standard samples: Each product grade shall set physical standard samples, which are the minimum standards for each grade and shall be replaced every three years. The production rules for physical standard samples shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T 18795. 4.
