Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of food safety rapid detection instruments. This standard applies to food safety rapid detection instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) produced, sold, and used within Fujian Province. The technical requirements not covered by this standard shall be implemented in accordance with national or industry standards.
