Scope
This standard specifies the control and monitoring requirements for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions in the automobile manufacturing, printing, wooden furniture manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic product manufacturing, paint and ink manufacturing, and similar product manufacturing, rubber product manufacturing, and surface coating industries in Shaanxi Province. This standard applies to the management of VOC emissions in existing and new enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection projects, and the management of VOC emissions after they go into operation.
