Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, preparation before inspection, inspection content and requirements, and inspection conclusions for the regular inspection of metal atmospheric pressure tanks (hereinafter referred to as tanks) of tank vehicles for the road transport of liquid dangerous goods. This standard applies to tanks used for transporting liquid dangerous goods. The maximum working pressure is less than 0.1MPa (gauge pressure, the same below), and the tanks and their accessories made of metal and permanently connected to the automobile chassis or semi-trailer frames are subject to regular inspection. The dangerous goods referred to in this standard are hazardous chemicals specified in GB 12268. This standard does not apply to tanks made of non-metallic materials, vacuum-insulated tanks, or tanks used for special defense military equipment with special requirements.
