In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Issuing the 2009 Plan for the Formulation and Revision of Engineering Construction Standards (First Batch)" (Jianbiao [2009] No. 88), the standard-compiling group conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized practical experience, referred to relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and compiled this standard on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions. The main technical content of this standard includes: general provisions, terms, basic requirements, on-site evaluation, and simulation evaluation. This standard is applicable to the testing and evaluation of ventilation effects in civil buildings.
