Scope

1.0.1 These regulations are formulated to standardize the design, installation, acceptance, use, and maintenance of urban gas alarm control systems, and to prevent and reduce personal injuries and property losses caused by gas leaks and incomplete combustion. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the design, installation, acceptance, use, and maintenance of urban gas alarm control systems. 1.0.3 The design and installation of urban gas alarm control systems shall be undertaken by units with qualifications for gas engineering design and fire engineering construction. 1.0.4 The design, installation, acceptance, use, and maintenance of urban gas alarm control systems shall, in addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, also comply with the relevant current national standards.
