Scope

This document describes the high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of chloramphenicol, sulfadiazine, and florfenicol in feed.
This document is applicable to the determination of chloramphenicol, sulfadiazine, and florfenicol in compound feed, concentrated feed, supplementary feed, premixed feed additives, animal-derived feed raw materials, and mixed feed additives.
The detection limit for chloramphenicol in this document is 1 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 2 μg/kg. The detection limit for sulfadiazine and florfenicol is 5 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 15 μg/kg.
