This document provides technical guidance on the general principles of ecological environmental damage and compensation assessment in coal mining areas, assessment preparation, damage identification, causality analysis, physical quantification and value quantification of ecological environmental damage, ecological environmental compensation assessment, and ecological environmental compensation effect assessment.
This document is applicable to the entire process of ecological environmental damage and compensation work caused by coal mining.
This document is not applicable to ecological environmental compensation assessments in coal mining areas where damage such as changes in land use status cannot be restored.
