Scope

This document specifies the humidification and testing environment, testing methods, and test reports for the determination of the density of glass fiber. This document describes three testing methods for determining the density of glass fiber, namely: -- Method A: Gas specific gravity bottle method; -- Method B: Liquid specific gravity bottle method; -- Method C: Buoyancy method. Method A is an arbitration testing method. This document is applicable to the determination of the density of glass fiber.
