Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of iron, phosphorus, arsenic, manganese, and lead in iron ore by energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of iron, phosphorus, arsenic, manganese, and lead in iron ore. The detection limits are: 0.07% for iron, 0.006% for phosphorus, 0.0006% for arsenic, 0.0015% for manganese, and 0.002% for lead.
