Scope

This standard applies to wastewater discharge units in the fermentation pharmaceutical industry during the production and operation phase, for monitoring the discharged water and air pollutants, noise, and their impact on the surrounding environmental quality. This standard also applies to wastewater discharge units in the production of veterinary drugs with a similar structure to fermentation drugs. The self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ820.
