Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the protection scope, term definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging and labeling, and storage and transportation requirements for Yilong Dashan Xiangmi, a geographical indication protected product; Main technical content: B.1 Varieties: Medium-maturity fragrant high-quality rice. B.2 Sowing and transplanting time and specifications: Adopt the dry-cultivation method for seedling cultivation. The sowing time is mid-to-late March, with a sowing amount of no more than 18.75 kg per hectare of paddy field, resulting in a planting density of about 112.5 kg per hectare. The transplanting time is late April to late May, with a planting density of 225,000 to 255,000 holes per hectare. B.3 Water and fertilizer management: Use pollution-free mountain spring water and water stored in reservoirs, ponds, and irrigation ditches for irrigation. Adopt the "shallow irrigation and drying" water-saving irrigation technology. Specifically, shallow irrigation is used for seedling emergence, with the water layer maintained at less than 3 cm. After 7 days of seedling emergence, the water layer is allowed to naturally dry out and the field is exposed to sunlight for 2 to 3 days. During the early tillering stage, the water layer is kept moist; during the late tillering stage, the water layer is kept shallow; during the mid-spike and pre-filling stages, the water layer is kept at 1 to 2 cm; during the milky ripening stage, intermittent irrigation with small amounts of water is used to maintain field moisture every 3 to 5 days; during the yellow ripening stage, the water layer is gradually drained to facilitate harvesting. Fertilizers are applied by combining organic and inorganic fertilizers, with balanced use of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements. The application rate is 150 to 180 kg of pure nitrogen, 80 to 100 kg of phosphorus pentoxide, 130 to 150 kg of potassium oxide, and about 15 tons of h
