Scope

Scope: In order to standardize the architectural design and equipment configuration of blood donation centers' single-donation venues (excluding off-site mobile points) [1) For the construction of mobile point single-donation venues, please refer to the requirements of Section 7.4 of the "Requirements for the Configuration of Blood Donation Venues".], meet the functional needs of blood collection and processing, and comply with requirements in terms of safety, hygiene, economy, comfort, energy conservation, and environmental protection, this guideline is formulated. This guideline applies to the construction of blood donation centers' single-donation venues, including new construction, renovation, and expansion projects; Main technical content: scale grade division, floor area indicators, architectural design, water supply and drainage facilities, HVAC, electrical systems, information systems, fire and safety facilities, free blood donation publicity, equipment configuration, and medical staff configuration.
