Scope
This standard specifies the external dimensions, preferred dimensions, and minimum chamfer dimensions of stamped outer ring needle bearings without an inner ring. It also stipulates the thickness of the closed end of stamped outer ring needle bearings.
Additionally, this standard also prescribes the tolerances for the overall inner diameter of needle bearings and the width tolerances of stamped outer rings.
The tolerances for the needle raceway and the bearing seat hole are provided in Appendix A.
