Scope
This document is applicable to the R&D, testing, and certification of video ringback tone services for mobile intelligent terminals that support IMS-based voice and video solutions (i.e., "Voice & Video over IP Multimedia Subsystem", hereinafter referred to as VoIMS). Other terminals can also refer to and use this document for similar purposes.
