Scope

This document specifies the functional/performance requirements, interface requirements, hardware configuration, and operator training for computer-based automation control of hydropower plants, as well as recommendations for testing and acceptance of computer-based control systems. This document does not apply to generator and step-up transformer relay protection device systems.
