Scope
This standard stipulates the control requirements for the discharge of water pollutants in the pulp and paper industry, monitoring requirements, and the implementation and supervision of the standard. This standard only applies to discharge behaviors permitted by law. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant discharges directly or indirectly from existing pulp and paper enterprises or production facilities beyond their legal boundaries; the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, and completion acceptance of newly built, modified, or expanded pulp and paper industry projects, as well as the management of water pollutant discharges after their commissioning.
