The self-evaluation and product quality testing of "Jiangxi Green Ecology Selenium-Rich Honey Pomelo" can refer to this document for implementation. The indicator level description of "Jiangxi Green Ecology Selenium-Rich Honey Pomelo" is as follows: - Physicochemical indicators: "Soluble solids ≥ 11.5% (Extra Grade) ≥ 11.0% (First Grade) ≥ 10.5% (Second Grade), Total acid ≤ 0.7%, Vitamin C ≥ 50mg/100g". This is stricter than the requirements for pomelo in NY/T 426-2021 "Green Food - Citrus Fruits", which stipulates that "Soluble solids ≥ 10.0%, Total acid ≤ 1.0%, Vitamin C ≥ 30mg/100g". The physicochemical indicator of selenium is added, with a range of 0.01–0.05mg/kg. - Safety indicators: "Cadmium ≤ 0.03mg/kg" is stricter than the GB 2762 standard of "Cadmium ≤ 0.05mg/kg", and "Chlorothalonil ≤ 0.3mg/kg, Pyriproxyfen ≤ 0.5mg/kg" is stricter than the NY/T 426-2021 standard of "Chlorothalonil ≤ 0.5mg/kg, Pyriproxyfen ≤ 0.7mg/kg".
