Scope
This document specifies the types, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of steel wire rope end fixed joints.
This document is applicable to fixed joints used on various lifting machinery, which meet the strength grade requirements of steel wire ropes not exceeding 1,960 MPa specified in GB/T 8918, GB/T 20118, GB/T 20067, and YB/T 5359. Other types of rope end fixed joints can be used for reference.
